What exactly do I receive?
One ZIP file with 4 templates using your logo and colors: an invoice, a quote, a letterhead (each as editable HTML and a print-ready PDF) and an email signature (HTML + PNG image).
Is this custom graphic design?
No. These are standardized templates where we apply your logo and colors automatically — not a custom design service. There is no human designer and no revisions.
Can I edit the invoice for each real order?
Yes. Every template includes an editable HTML file with clearly marked placeholders (e.g. [Enter service/item]) — open it in your browser or text editor, fill in the real details, and print or save as PDF.
How long does delivery take?
Usually under 2 minutes after payment. You get an email with a download link valid for 48 hours.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If the files cannot be generated after 2 automatic attempts, your payment is refunded automatically and you receive an apology email — no action needed from you.
Do I need a business/VAT ID?
No. The final price of 14.99 € already includes no VAT, since we sell under the German small business rule (§ 19 UStG). You just tell us whether you are buying as a business or as a private customer during checkout.
